This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of pharmacy practice, supply chain operations, and health technology.\n"},"body":{"childMarkdownRemark":{"html":"<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as Superintendent Pharmacist: Maintain the PCN premises licence and ensure full regulatory compliance at all times</li>\n<li>Oversee all incoming quality control: verify NAFDAC registration, certificates of analysis, batch documentation, and labelling on every consignment</li>\n<li>Manage pharmaceutical storage across ambient, cool, and cold-chain (+2°C to +8°C) zones; monitor and respond to temperature excursions</li>\n<li>Authorise batch release for outgoing orders; enforce FEFO and GDP standards across the pick-and-pack process</li>\n<li>Own the quality management system: maintain SOPs, manage deviations and CAPAs, lead internal audits, and prepare for NAFDAC/PCN inspections</li>\n<li>Handle product recalls, returns, and controlled drug management in accordance with NAFDAC and PCN requirements</li>\n<li>Serve as the company's designated pharmacovigilance contact for ADR reporting to NAFDAC</li>\n<li>Train and develop operations staff on GDP, product handling, and pharmaceutical quality culture</li>\n<li>Provide quality input into the company's warehouse management system and health tech platform</li>\n<li>Qualify and validate cold-chain equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ); oversee calibration of temperature monitoring devices and validate cold-chain packaging for Nigerian delivery routes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Pharm or Pharm.D from a PCN-accredited institution</li>\n<li>PCN Registration: Full PCN registration with a valid, current Annual Licence to Practise (ALP) mandatory</li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years post-internship, with at least 2 years in pharmaceutical distribution, QA, or supply chain</li>\n<li>Regulatory knowledge: Working knowledge of NAFDAC GDP Guidelines, PCN Act, and NAFDAC product labelling regulations</li>\n<li>Technology: Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS), pharmacy software, or health information system</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Key Skills &#x26; Attributes</h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Regulatory acumen (PCN / NAFDAC) </li>\n<li>GDP / GMP compliance</li>\n<li>CAPA and deviation management</li>\n<li>Cold-chain and temperature monitoring</li>\n<li>Batch documentation and traceability</li>\n<li>Pharmacovigilance and ADR reporting</li>\n<li>Stock reconciliation and audit readiness</li>\n<li>Team training and quality culture</li>\n</ul>"}},"formLink":null}},"pageContext":{"slug":"qa-pharmacist-lagos"}},"staticQueryHashes":[]}
