As a Sales Associate in our growing market, you'll join a small, driven team to usher in that transformation, working on the front lines to identify new clients, set them up for success with Shelf Life. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn and implement Shelf Life's unique sales process to develop, own, and exceed quarterly sales targets </li>\n<li>Work with leads and new clients to ensure success with Shelf Life </li>\n<li>Review data and trends to support interpretation and strategy development </li>\n<li>Ensure accurate, timely customer relationship data management </li>\n<li>Support implementation of lead-generation strategies</li>\n<li>Support planning and management of group-based education and sales events </li>\n<li>Support planning and implementation of marketing materials and strategies </li>\n<li>Manage both inbound and outbound sales</li>\n<li>Coordinate and collaborate with fellow Associates</li>\n<li>Support development of new channels and account growth strategies </li>\n<li>Support account management and client success </li>\n<li>Participate interdisciplinary across the Field team in problem solving and product development </li>\n<li>Report to Field's National Retail Sales Manager</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirement</h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmacy or business administration.</li>\n<li>Significant experience in sales, preferably in healthcare,FMCG or Financial Services, complex, issues-based sales, or business-to-business sales.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated drive, determination, and skill.</li>\n<li>Experience across both sales and marketing functions preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.</li>\n<li>Shares our passion for improving healthcare in Kenya</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you. </p>\n<p>Field is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.</p>"}},"formLink":null}},"pageContext":{"slug":"sales-associate-nyanza-kenya"}},"staticQueryHashes":[]}
