Key Responsibilities
- WMS Management: Generate and assign pick lists manually or through auto-assignment in the Shipsy WMS; manage user-zone assignments to optimize warehouse flow.
- Picking & Packing Supervision: Oversee LPN-based picking and Transition items from Picking LPNs to Packing LPNs, ensuring orders are collated precisely by location.
- Dispatch & Documentation: Prepare critical shipping documents, including waybills, package notes, and drivers' permits; schedule hauler pickups to meet strict delivery windows.
- Logistics Decision Support: Assist the Distribution Manager in making data-driven decisions on haulage selection and distribution priorities based on fulfillment needs.
- Communication: Maintain real-time updates for internal teams regarding order status, delays, and potential distribution issues.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain the Haulers' Performance Sheet and ensure all outbound activities adhere to Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse outbound operations or logistics coordination.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); specific experience with Shipsy is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, batch/expiry management, and LPN-based operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders via digital tools like Slack.
- An analytical mindset capable of supporting logistics and distribution decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet rigorous performance targets
