Log and manage IT support tickets and escalate when required.
Set up new user accounts, reset passwords, and configure devices.
Install software, updates, and drivers.
Support IT asset tracking and equipment inventory checks.
Support the procurement process related to thermal printer labels, consumables, equipment and peripherals.
Assist senior IT staff with ongoing support tasks and projects.
Requirement
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
Demonstrated understanding of inventory management systems in a retail, logistics or industrial setting.
Familiarity with mobile devices.
Understanding of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, connectivity).
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to work hands-on in a warehouse environment.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Nice-to-Have
Previous IT support experience, internship, or relevant training.
Exposure to warehouse, logistics, retail, or operational environments.
IT certifications (CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+).
