Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance
- Own regional revenue growth and margin targets
- Manage and coach Sales Associates / Field Sales Representatives
- Drive pipeline conversion, deal closure, and acquisition of new accounts
- Provide hands-on support for complex or high-value deals
- Monitor pricing discipline and credit exposure
2. Customer Success
- Ensure high-quality service and customer experience
- Monitor order accuracy, timeliness, and complaint resolution
- Escalate and resolve critical customer issues promptly
- Provide feedback to HQ to drive continuous service improvements
- Coach team members on consistent, professional interactions
3. Operations
- Collaborate with Operations and Fulfilment to meet service level agreements
- Identify and escalate operational risks affecting revenue or CX
- Support regional operational improvements and implementation
4. Team & Execution
- Lead, motivate, and hold the regional sales team accountable
- Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance expectations
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and performance assessments
- Ensure execution discipline and accountability across the team
5. Strategic & Compliance
- Maintain compliance with company policies, GDP, and regulatory standards
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Support new product introductions, pilots, and regional initiatives
- Ensure ethical practices in sales, pricing, and customer engagement
6. Stakeholder Engagement
- Own relationships with strategic, institutional, and high-value accounts
- Represent Field Technology in senior negotiations and escalations
- Act as regional liaison for Finance, Operations, and Customer Success
- Report regional performance, risks, and insights to leadership
