Responsibilities
Sales Process Optimization
- Design, implement, and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals
- Identify bottlenecks in workflows and recommend solutions
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze data to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership and sales teams.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Sales Tools and Technology Management
- Oversee the administration and optimization of CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Train and support teams in the effective use of technology.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools or enhancements to improve efficiency.
Collaboration and Communication
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing , and customer experience teams to ensure alignment.
- Partner with leadership to set sales targets and monitor progress.
- Drive initiatives that enhance communication and collaboration across teams.
Sales Training and Enablement
- Support onboarding for new sales team members.
Forecasting and Planning
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor and report on pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Freshdesk) and BI tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in driving process improvements and change management.
